Admitted to practice in Washington and California, some of Jeremy's representative actions include the dismissal of Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) wage & hour claims on demurrer, settlement of workplace sexual harassment claims on the eve of trial, and successful expungement of wrongful mechanics liens and notices of lis pendens.

Jeremy has successfully represented multiple logistics and trucking companies against warehouse landlords, and is not afraid to take on big companies like Amazon.
