Joel Weinberg brings over a decade of hands-on litigation experience helping clients resolve real estate cases and disputes. His practice encompasses all aspects of real estate litigation including commercial landlord-tenant conflicts, lending and investment disputes, title disputes, partnership disputes, construction faults and partnership disputes.

Joel has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and he has both jury and bench trial experience. His expertise in the courtroom has earned him recognition as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. While at L&F Brown, Joel has had an impressive track record of success, representing:

A commercial tenant in defense of breach of lease suit;

  • A property owner to recover monies paid to unlicensed contractor for defective and faulty construction work;
  • A lender in an action against borrowers after they abandoned a real estate flip project;
  • Family members in connection with quiet title suit concerning a real estate development project; and
  • Counseled clients regarding insurance coverage issues, commercial leases issues, and lending issues

In his early career, Joel served as a judicial extern to judges and handled a wide range of litigation matters from jury trials to appellate arguments.
