We ensure that all referral fees and fee splits are handled promptly and transparently, in full compliance with California Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5.1 and the ABA Model Rules on fee-splitting. Fees are only shared with a written agreement, with the client’s informed consent, and after the matter is resolved.
