Alejandro Quinones focuses his practice on helping new and growing businesses through the legal challenges they face. Alejandro regularly advises small and mid-sized businesses on issues relating to corporate structuring, contracts, operations and more. He is known for combining thoughtful strategy with rapid execution.
In addition to his business transactional work, Alejandro has substantial experience regarding labor and employment matters. In fact, other lawyers frequently refer such cases to him. He has handled complex disputes concerning wage and hour, unpaid overtime, meal breaks, rest breaks, and off the clock work.
On a day-to-day basis, Alex negotiates employment terms for clients, both owners and employees. He has assisted creative studios with contract negotiations, including with a major superhero film studio. Alex prepares employee handbooks, independent contractor agreements, SaaS Agreements, and shareholder agreements.
Alejandro received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Ad Astra award. Originally from Southern California, he started his career in San Diego where he practiced at a boutique law firm specializing in corporate contracts, real estate, and asset protection.
