About Jordan

Jordan Cohen is a seasoned litigator and trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience. Specializing in employment litigation, Mr. Cohen handles a variety of employment related disputes on behalf of employers and the employees.

Mr. Cohen’s expertise extends to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, PAGA claims, wage and hour claims and other labor and employment litigation disputes. Mr. Cohen works closely with his clients, providing them with strategies and solutions that fit their unique needs.

Prior to joining L&F Brown, P.C. Mr. Cohen founded and acted as senior counsel for Pro Athlete Law Group, a firm specializing in the representation of professional athletes in labor-related matters. He also served as General Counsel and CEO for a licensed California cannabis testing laboratory.

Mr. Cohen is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers Seminar. He is a volunteer board member for the North Valley Music School and donates his time to the North Valley Food Bank.

When not advocating for his clients, Mr. Cohen is an accomplished outdoor athlete and professional mountain guide. He enjoys outdoor cycling, running, Nordic skiing and exploring the mountains with his partner Xenia and their two bird dogs, Sage and Ryder.
