Keith has represented clients in over $100 million worth of mergers and acquisitions. Keith routinely advises business owners on matters of business formation and structuring, shareholder agreements, corporate finance, commercial loans, strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and more. In addition, Keith helps start-ups and growing businesses navigate through federal and state regulatory burdens so that they can become thriving sources of job creation.

Keith has a passion for utilizing new technologies to improve the practice of law, and he works extensively with the L&F Brown technology team to improve efficiency and to save money for clients.
