About Keith
Keith Strahan serves as a Practice Leader in our Business Transactions Group. As a natural problem solver, Keith often serves as the outside general counsel for our clients by doing the same type of work as an in-house legal department.
Keith routinely advises business owners on matters of business formation and structuring, corporate finance, commercial loans, strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and much more. In addition, Keith helps start-ups and growing businesses navigate through federal and state regulatory burdens so that they can become thriving sources of job creation.
Keith has a passion for utilizing new technologies to improve the practice of law, and he works extensive with out tech team to improve efficiencies and to save money for our cients.
Keith earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2012 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas. He also earned a Master in Political Philosophy from the University of Manchester in Manchester, England.
