About Roxanna

Roxanna Talaie has a diverse legal background with a focus on securities litigation, personal injury, and business litigation. She began her career at a prominent securities litigation firm, handling a wide range of cases involving the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Her responsibilities included class actions, discovery, state and federal proceedings, meticulous client preparation, case evaluation, and portfolio monitoring. Later, she defended insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and employers in workers’ compensation matters at one of California’s oldest workers’ compensation firms. Most recently, she served as a plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer in Beverly Hills, California.

Roxanna is dedicated to serving her clients’ best interests and advocating for their rights effectively and promptly. In her previous role in securities litigation, she frequently traveled across the U.S. to advise clients on evaluating losses to their investment portfolios due to financial fraud or misconduct.

Roxanna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California. She then attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where she participated in the Community Justice Clinic. Here, she served as general counsel for nonprofits, NGOs, and community groups working to promote social justice, human rights, and economic opportunities for vulnerable communities. She also earned a certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, one of the highest-ranked dispute resolution programs in the U.S.

Roxanna is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
