About Andrew

Andy is a founder and intrapreneur who has launched, managed and advised on multiple alternative legal business structures, including Arizona ABS law firms. As a technologist, he has consulted with global legal departments on their data and operations strategy. Andy is also the Managing Partner of ASG Law Firm, where he represents and advises clients on some of their most complex legal issues.

Andy started his career at Altheimer & Gray, where he made partner. He later joined Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal (now Dentons) as partner, after which he founded a successful commercial litigation boutique that successfully developed a model for applying fixed fees and alternative billing to complex commercial litigation. Andy later became a partner at Elevate, a company that provided operational and technical expertise to in-house legal departments. Most recently before launching ASG Law Firm, he founded Nextpoint Law Group, one of the first Arizona ABS law firms owned by an eDiscovery technology company.
