About Robin

Robin is an experienced business litigator and trial attorney with over 26 years of experience. She focuses her practice on employment law, financial business disputes, and real estate litigation.

Robin has represented businesses of all different sizes. Prior to joining L&F Brown, Robin served as Senior Trial Attorney for Fidelity National Title, a Fortune 300 company, where she tried commercial and residential real estate cases to trial. Before that, she served as General Counsel for a commercial lighting business. There, she helped the company grow from a startup to a multi-million dollar business, and she honed her skills in employment law, contract disputes and trademarks.

Robin is known for her strategic acumen and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes, having successfully represented numerous clients in high-stakes negotiations and litigation cases. As plaintiff’s counsel, she obtained a published opinion in the Court of Appeal 9th Circuit regarding an employee's rights to opt-out of arbitration. She possesses a deep understanding of how judges think, stemming from serving as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles County Superior Courts, and as an arbitrator for the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Her success in the courtroom often gives her the leverage to negotiate favorable resolutions for clients prior to beginning costly litigation.

Robin is often called upon to analyze complex accounting matters during business disputes for corporate and partnership clients. Robin served as chair of the Business Section for the Beverly Hills Bar Association. In addition to being admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California, Robin is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, where she represented the farming industry's interests.
