About Chase

Born in Lincoln, Nebraska and raised in the small and rural town of Mahaska, Kansas, Chase double-majored in finance and entrepreneurship at Kansas State University, where he performed an international feasibility analysis for one of the largest toy distribution companies in Central America. Upon graduation, he left his Midwest roots to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship and assisting startups by obtaining his J.D., along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and the Law from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.

During his time in law school, Chase served as the marketing and communications direct of the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law; spent a summer volunteering to help victims of the Woolsey Fire that devastated Malibu, California; collaborated with In-House Counsel for a Cryptocurrency company; and assisted entrepreneurs by incorporating their businesses in the Pepperdine Startup Clinic.

Chase’s focus is on corporate and transactional matters, including business formation and startups, and corporate governance.

Chase is admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
